Bates Academy Star Reaches Mensa Milestone

Myles Dantzler, a third grader at Bates Academy, has achieved something truly remarkable — he has been accepted into Mensa, the international high-IQ society! As a GATE student with a 3.75 GPA, Myles earned this honor through his curiosity, determination, and genuine love of learning. Even at a young age, Myles has shown extraordinary academic ability — teaching himself to read at just three years old and now reading at a seventh-grade level while still in third grade. His accomplishment reflects not only his intelligence, but also his dedication and passion for discovering new ideas. Bates Academy is proud to celebrate Myles and this outstanding achievement!
